My approach to doula service is an offering of gratitude to the lineage of creators whose legacies have informed, inspired, & continue to guide me.
From intimacy to birth, and postpartum beyond, our reproductive experiences have the potential to radically transform our lives.
Carrying stories of trauma into seasons of pregnancy, birth & loss may lead us to believe we need control to feel safe.
What I’ve found in my work as a doula, reproductive trauma researcher & survivor is that feelings of empowerment often come from experiences that feel safe enough for us to surrender.
